An off-duty FBI agent is in hot water after he did a backflip in the middle of a club, which led to his gun falling out of its holster and discharging.

The discharged round struck a man in the leg. He was taken to the hospital and treated.

There’s no word yet on whether or not the officer will be charged with a crime.
