Imagine cutting this guy off, only to have him catch up to you moments later and give you ‘the finger.’

There’s very little context included with this video, which is unfortunate, because I really want to know what’s going on with this dude’s finger.

Obviously, there’s something wrong, but what is it? What disease has caused this man’s finger to grow so large?!
