1970’s teen heartthrob and star of The Partridge Family David Cassidy has passed away. He was 67.

According to CNN, Cassidy was battling organ failure when he was admitted to a Florida hospital earlier this week.

Cassidy became a household name in the 1970’s as the star of The Partridge Family, in which he played lead singer Keith Partridge.

Cassidy also had a number one hit in 1970 with the song ‘I Think I Love You,’ which you can hear in the video above.

Earlier this year, Cassidy revealed he was battling dementia.

Cassidy is survived by his two children, Beau and Katie.
