One lucky fan got to join Foo Fighters on stage Wednesday night, November 9th, in Illinois to perform the Rush hit ‘Tom Sawyer.’

During the Champaign, Illinois stop of the ‘Concrete and Gold’ tour, Dave Grohl and company invited Mike Carpenter on stage to sing the Rush classic, which you can see in the video above.

This isn’t the first time the Foos have invited a fan on stage to join them and it most certainly won’t be the last, especially if the fans continue to be as talented as Carpenter.
