American Airlines has suspended the flight attendant who allegedly took a stroller out of woman’s hands and then confronted a passenger on a recent flight to Texas.
The incident, which was caught on video, comes just days after a United passenger was forcibly dragged off a flight for not giving his seat up to an airline employee.
According to the New York Times, the attendant grabbed the stroller from the woman’s hands, nearly striking one of her children. That is when another passenger got involved and was threatened by the attendant, which you can see in the video above.
American released a statement, saying that the incident caught on video ‘does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers.’
The woman involved, and her family, were upgraded to first-class seats for the rest of their trip.
