To say that University of Michigan superstar Jabrill Peppers was upset following his team’s loss to Ohio State on Saturday, November 26th, would be an understatement.
Following the Buckeyes victory, fans stormed the field. Unfortunately, some of the Wolverines hadn’t made it to the locker room yet, which led to Peppers’ interaction with the fan you see above.
If you watch the video closely, you can see that the fan runs into Peppers, which leads to the shove. Thankfully, an official on the field was able to separate Peppers and the fan before things escalated any further. Peppers was then escorted to the locker room by head coach Jim Harbaugh, according to CBSSports.com.
The incident overshadowed what was otherwise a pretty special game for Peppers, who recorded his first career interception in the loss to the Buckeyes.
Peppers has yet to address the incident or issue an apology.
