A Brazilian man has set the Guinness World Record for the farthest eyeball pop, which is exactly what it sounds like.

The man, Sidney de Carvalho Mesquita, who bares a striking resemblance to Uncle Fester from The Addams Family (his nickname is actually Uncle Fester), can pop his eyeballs out 18 millimeters!
