A metalhead mom in New Zealand is making headlines after it was revealed that her three kids are named after three of her favorite metal bands: Metallica, Pantera, and Slayer.
According to Blabbermouth.net, a journalist in New Zealand got wind of the woman’s unique names for her children and managed to get his hands on their birth certificates.

Not only are the kids named Metallica, Slayer, and Pantera, but Metallica’s middle name is And Justice For All, which, of course, is a tribute to Metallica’s 1988 album.
According to a tweet from the journalist, David Farrier, there are no restrictions on what you can name your children in New Zealand, as long as it’s not terribly offensive. Obviously, Metallica, Slayer, and Pantera aren’t offensive whatsoever, so the names are legit!
