Governor Gretchen Whitmer has announced a new order, which allows construction, real estate, and outdoor work to resume on May 7th.

According to ABC12, construction sites now have to institute a set of ‘best practices’ to help keep their employees safe and healthy.

Some of those ‘best practices’ include daily healths screenings for workers and providing hand-washing/hand sanitizer stations. To learn more about the ‘best practices,’ visit ABC12.com.

Whitmer’s ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ order remains in place until May 15th.
