Former University of Hawaii volleyball player Heather Friesen recently shared the video above, which shows her falling from high atop a waterfall. The video was posted to the ViralHog YouTube channel.
Fortunately or unfortunately for Heather, she was wearing a Go-Pro at the time, which documented her descent into the water below.
Heather survived the fall, but broke 10 ribs and her scapula. She also had a collapsed lung.
