In the above video, a woman walking her dog bombards a couple with expletives after she noticed them going over the posted speed limit of 25 miles per hour.
Obviously, she’s really angry that they’re speeding through her neighborhood, because she doesn’t even seem to care that they’re filming her. She just keeps on going.
I have a feeling this video going viral won’t help the speeding issue in this woman’s neighborhood. In fact, it may actually make it worse.
