For everyone that isn’t Matt, pushups are fairly easy. Handstand pushups, though? Those are difficult, though this guy doesn’t seem to have any issue with them.

Manvel Mamoyan set the Guinness record for the most handstand pushups with 37 back in December of 2017, though the video of his accomplishment is just now being seen.

To achieve this Guinness record, Mamoyan had to make sure the palms of both hands are touching the floor at all times and he had to bend his elbow 90 degrees on each bend.

Mamoyan did just that 37 times and is now a Guinness record holder!

We already know Adam can do 20 pushups. Next time, we’ll have to see how many handstand pushups he can do.
