Did you know that some Shaolin monks can actually throw a needle through a pane of glass? It’s true and The Slow Mo Guys on YouTube helped prove it.

In the video, which you can see above, the monk throws a needle through a pane of glass, which then goes through a balloon, thus proving that he is actually throwing the needle through the glass.

According to the video’s description on YouTube, throwing a needle through a pane of glass takes ten years to master, which seems like a lot of time to learn something you’ll rarely ever use.

With that said, it’s still pretty awesome.
