Who knew being a super model could be so dangerous?

Kate Upton, wife of former Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander, recently shared a video of a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue photoshoot gone wrong.

In the video, which you can see above, Upton is topless and standing high atop a jagged rock when a rogue wave comes in and sweeps her off her feet, sending her toppling into the ocean.

Upton, of course, laughs the whole incident off, though it probably could have ended much worse than it did.
