If you were anywhere near metro Detroit Tuesday night, January 16th, at approximately 8 p.m., you may have seen, and even felt, your very first meteor!

As you can see in the video above, what is believed to be a meteor lit up the sky in Detroit Tuesday night.

If you were to scour social media, you’d see multiple posts regarding the Detroit meteor, including videos and claims that some even felt the meteor in the area.

For those that might be concerned, the meteor did not cause any injuries, but it did look f*cking awesome.
