With the new season of The Walking Dead premiering over the weekend, the folks over at Sesame Street thought it’d be the perfect time to debut their new parody, The Walking Gingerbread.

Instead of walkers, the Sesame Street characters are being tormented by gingerbread men and women, hence the title of the parody.

The role of Rick Grimes is played admirably by the one, the only Cookie Monster. We also see Michonne, Daryl, and other The Walking Dead favorites in the parody, which you can see above.

Sesame Street currently airs on HBO.
