Another day, another person being forcibly dragged off an airplane.

This time around, we have a woman on a Southwest Airlines flight, bound for Los Angeles, who was removed from a flight after informing the crew that she had a severe pet allergy.

I know that sounds a bit confusing and it is. According to NBC, because the woman claimed she had a severe pet allergy and couldn’t be on the flight with the two dogs that were in the cabin, the crew asked her to provide her medical certificate.

The woman didn’t have the proper medical certificate, so the crew could not allow her to stay on the flight. They tried to explain the situation to the passenger multiple times, but, unfortunately, it got to the point where she had to be removed by airport security, as you can see in the video above.

The flight was delayed for approximately 45 minutes. Southwest Airlines has apologized for the incident.
