Little Caesars Arena, the new home to both the Detroit Red Wings and Pistons, officially opened its doors on Tuesday, September 5th.

There were hundreds on-hand for the ribbon-cutting in downtown Detroit.

Once the doors opened, members of the media were allowed to get a sneak peek of the new venue, which will open on September 8th for a charity event.

Kid Rock is set to perform the first concerts at the venue, which will take place September 12th through September 20th.
