The U.S. Open kicked off this week with a whole bunch of exciting golf action. Oh, and a blimp bursting into flames and falling from the sky.
According to Bleacher Report, a blimp covering the tournament caught fire and crashed, as you can see in the video above.
The pilot was able to successfully parachute out of the blimp, though he was injured in descent to Earth.
The blimp reportedly experienced mechanical issues before the crash.
