If you’re looking to buy some real estate, this Italian guy wants to sell you his f*cking parents house.

According to the description on YouTube, this guy wanted to give a quick tour of the house he was selling for his now-deceased parents, so he borrowed his kid’s phone.

He then gave the phone back and the kid uploaded the video to YouTube, because it’s quite possibly the greatest sales pitch you’ve ever heard.

As one commenter put it, ‘Take notes, realtors. This is how you sell a house!’
