If you’re the administrators of a school in 2016, you can’t just announce a snow day. You need to do a YouTube video, too, which is exactly what the folks at Vassar Public Schools did on Monday (12/12).

Vassar Public Schools posted the ‘Ice Ice Baby’ parody above on social media, announcing that they would be closed on Monday, December 12th.

Thanks to a share from The Weather Channel, the video has now been viewed on Facebook more than 90,000 times.

This was the first snow day of 2016, so you still have time to step your game up, school districts.
